What data we process

When you book a lesson, we process identification and contact details, in particular your name, email address, phone number, selected product, lesson date and any additional information needed to organise instruction.

We also process instructor data and operational information in the administration system related to slot occupancy, notifications and booking management.

Why we use the data

We use personal data only to manage bookings, communicate with clients, send confirmations, handle booking changes and meet related legal obligations.

We do not use marketing or analytics cookies without separate consent. Browser storage is used only to make the website work, for example to remember the display theme or an unfinished booking form.

Retention period and your rights

We keep data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the contractual relationship, provide customer support and meet accounting and tax obligations.
