Booking and payment
A lesson is booked after you choose a date and complete the booking process, including successful payment confirmation or another approved payment arrangement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate details and being reachable at the email address and phone number provided for practical arrangements.
Changing or cancelling a booking
Changes and cancellations are subject to the current cancellation rules shown during the booking process or in the confirmation email.
Where operating conditions allow, the client may be offered an alternative date or another appropriate form of compensation.
Safety and participation in a lesson
Clients must follow the instructors’ directions, respect the spot’s safety rules and accurately share any information relevant to a safe lesson.
Wave Academy Surf School reserves the right to change the lesson location or time according to sea and weather conditions and the safety situation.
